Trollhättan's first lock

The four locks in Trollhättan has a total elevation of about 32 meter. Between the first lock, the most upstream, and the three others in a flight, there is a big basin for meeting ships.

During lockage. We're half way down.

Slussporten öppnas.

Lockage finished and the gates are opening so we can leave the lock.

Utsikten nedströms.
