Second lock in Trollhättan
The four locks in Trollhättan has a total elevation of about 32 meter. Between the first lock, the most upstream, and the three others in a flight, there is a big basin for meeting ships.
Lockage has only started. The lock-keepers work from the brown house at left, overlooking the whole flight of locks.
